Wellbeing and Mental Health For New Dads
Mark Williams, a passionate and dedicated advocate, has taken up a noble mission to increase awareness about the significance of wellbeing and mental health among new fathers. Recognising that dads can also face mental health challenges during the childbirth period is crucial for creating a supportive environment. Mark's vision revolves around raising awareness and ensuring that fathers receive the necessary support during this transformative phase of life.
By shedding light on this often overlooked issue, we can foster a more inclusive and understanding society that supports all parents. To further this cause, Mark has founded International Fathers Mental Health Day, a global initiative that aims to provide comprehensive support for families. As part of this effort, he has initiated the #Howareyoudad campaign, encouraging open conversations and destigmatizing mental health challenges faced by fathers.
Through his tireless work, Mark strives to create a world where the mental wellbeing of fathers is prioritised and supported, leading to healthier and happier families.
